My computer (E40-342a, sullius-secundus, DS5000/25) crashed last night
with random interesting disk errors (swap error, then "panic: hard IO
err in swap"). I rebooted it, and got "panic: ufs_galloc: dup alloc."
I then backed up the disk (internal rz25), reformatted and
reinstalled. It crashed again tonight...
RZ25 unit 2: retryerr, SnsKey = MEDIUM ERROR, AddSnsCode = 0x12
Logblkaddr = 36016 Dev=RZ2a Sectnum = 36016
RZ25 unit 2: harderr, SnsKey = MEDIUM ERROR, AddSnsCode = 0x8
etc. There are dozens of these in the console window, and the machine
is mostly frozen.
To have it fixed soon would be very helpful.
