bill-the-cat, one of the RT's in the SIPB office (w20-557) is still
down. It's been over a week, and the term is about to start. Cluster
usage is minimal, and the sipb office needs the machine. Is it
possible to have bill-the-cat swapped out with a cluster machine until
RT parts are available again?
