The EDPAC A/C unit near the network end of E40-008 is
lit up light a xmass tree. It also seemed a little on
the cold side.
I've called 1500 and requested someone come over to
take a look.

I've also informed them it's an alarmed room and to
call either 1400 or 8400 to gain access.
