Every so often, while the mouse is not moving at all, the mouse cursor
on w20-575-81 jumps leftward by about 55 pixels. Sometimes it does
this several times in a row.
The cursor doesn't move through the intervening space; it simultaneously
disappears from its old position and reappears in the new spot.
