This is to advise you that Bell Labs is on site to address some problems
with the inbound modem pool. It has been necessary to turn off the MNP
feature on some selected lines in order to isolate a trouble. In the
event a complaint is received that MNP is not working on the inbound
modem pool ask the user to reestablish their connection and the next available
modem will support the MNP feature. I will advise you when the testing is
complete.
