New HP printer for the Writing Program

The Writing Program will be accepting a new HP printer in place of their old
LN03. As we had agreed last week, Kim, Brian, and hotline will coordinate
necessary network adjustments, pickup of old equipment, delivery of the new
printer, and arranging for central print serving with the customer. As this
is the first departmental HP printer to enter the pipeline, I will assume
that this message will get a green sheet going and get the process started.
I will not be sending out a copy of the printer acceptance form unless you
ask for one.
