Hello Vicky,
I have relaced the powercord on the workstation and it is
back working. I attempted to repair the small plate but was
unable due to it being internal to the monitor. It would
possibly require a billable field service call to correct this.
I have explained this to Naomi. She and I agree it would be
okay as it is. What do you think? Also, do you want to notify
Campus Police?
You can e-mail any response to hotline@athena and Naomi would
probably like to be cc'd also.
