Hi Naomi,
I just came back from talking w/ Mark Bessette & have 2 things to
 report to you:
1- The monitor of the Athena workstation in 6-120 is either broken
(there's a small plate on the right, lower corner that's pushed in as if
an on-off button used to be there) or is missing a power cord. In either
case, the effect is that the screen is black & stays that way no matter
what you do. The CPU is on. Should I tell YOU abt these things or Jerry Burke?
2- Mark says Physics wants to replace the video projector in 26-100 w/ one
that will accept computer input. They have some $$ to contribute towards it.
That also means they want a workstation in there. I told Mark to be sure to
keep you posted as they formulate their plans. I will let you know anything
I learn about it.
                 Vicky
