 B9, 5-30 @ 11pm to 6-1 @ 7am, shutdown terminal unit fan units.

 Phy Plant had a comment "Jeff Schiller take note". Mike from 1500
 was not able to specify a reason for the comment. 

 I okayed for 1410.
