I was in the elevator in w20 when I over heard a conversation
about the "in use" workstations in 4-035 and that someone keeps logging
them out. i introduced myself to the gentleman and we talked about
4-035 and I explained that he can't do this any more. i explained that
today there were 9 workstations in use like this and all the others
were occupied. Meaning that he WAS keeping people from a workstation.
He was agreeable and said this won't continue.

Thank you Young for your help. I don't belive this will continue and
that a note to stopit won't be necessary.
