Hi
I was trying to login to a RS6000 in 04-035. It failed to
pop up my xwindow. People at the consulting office
told me to reboot the system. I did that but it failed to
come back on. I waited for a long long time. So I turned
off the machine and turned it on again. After that, it
started to make funny noise from the disk drive. So the
on-line consultant told me to turn off the machine and
inform you guys about what happened.
