The following fire alarm shutdown notification on Monday and Tuesday, July 23 and 24, 2012, 6:00am - 2:00pm each day, with a *live audible testing request both days from 6:00am - 8:30am, in Bldg. Reason:
We request bldgs E17/E18 fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 2 PM on Monday and Tuesday, July 23rd and 24th, 2012 for McPhee Electric (Mike Doherty 857-209-2624) to verify existing 6th floor fire alarm circuit load calculations and reroute the return wiring for a stairwell a/v's circuit (to make-way for corridor ductwork). We will conduct *live audible testing of the E17/E18 fire alarm system from 6 AM to 8:30 AM both mornings* and as part of the E17/E18 backfill project by Barr and Barr Builders (Dick Akins 774-281-0162). Joe Collins 3-3621 and Jan Burke 8-5463 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible testing each morning from 6am - 8:30am.
