Reason:
We request a bldg 5-3rd floor chilled water shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 for AHC Mechanical (Guy Fossiano 781-844-7815) to install and tie-in a fan coil unit for a new conference room 5-309 as part of the 5-3rd floor small projects initiative, install cubicles/conference room project. Gerhard Sinani 4-1705 is the MIT project manager.
We request a bldg 5-all domestic hot/cold water shutdown from 6 AM to 7:30 AM on Thursday as well. To the best of my knowledge an existing kitchen type sink in 5-309 is being refitted also by AHC Mechanical, Billy H. 8-0432
Effect:
Loss of chilled water and domestic hot and cold water for the duration of each system shutdown.
