Hello,
I'd like to inquire about the possibility of reserving an Athena Cluster fo=
r a summer class run by the MIT Professional Education Program. They are r=
unning a week long class on Data Analysis that has been taught in various l=
ocations (37-312 and 1-115) in previous years. Due to a conflict in sched=
ules, those rooms are not available during the time that they had previousl=
y scheduled. They need access to Matlab, in a room with 20+ workstations, =
preferably facing forward. I am not associated with the program, but am ju=
st trying to help them find a solution. I manage 37-312 which is likely to=
be out of commission during that timeframe.
The cluster that best fits these requirements is 2-032

They are expecting upwards of 35 participants which will require doubling u=
p on workstations (which they have done in the past and would have had to d=
o in the other clusters ). I can provide extra seating. They will requir=
e projection, which I can also provide for them.
