Reason:
We request a bldg NW21-2nd floor normal bldg power shutdown, 120V/208V panel PPA-5, serving 2nd floor lighting and office outlets, a water heater and a copy machine from 5 AM to 7 AM on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012 for JMBCo (Dale Blue 617-293-5103) installing circuit breakers and tying-in power for roof level lighting replacement fixtures as part of the NW21 structural repairs project by Shawmut Construction (Dan Cook 617-908-6990). Bill Vitkosky 3-3517 is the MIT project manager.
Effect:
Loss of building power, computers, telephones, and lighting for the duration of the shutdown.
