I'm not sure if a report on this is open already at hotline, but if it
isn't, oliver's disk or disk controller seems fried. It keeps on
reporting hard errors -- rqbads and reinstalling the workstation
software temporarily solves the problems, but the workstation reports
hard errors within 24 hours or so. We've tried running rqbads 4-5 times
now, so perhaps it's time for DEC field service to take a look at it and
replace something. Thanks!
