Reason:
We request a bldg 66-subbsmt, bsmt, 1st and 2nd floor normal 277V lighting shutdown from 5 AM to 6 AM on Monday morning, June 18th, 2012 for Crocker Electric (Chris Hamil 617-224-2492) to splice a 60A connection off the feeders cables for the 480V/277V lighting panel L-1, located in 66-117E, for temporary construction power required for the 66-125 Prof Tisdale renovation project by Elaine Construction (Nick Murray 617-799-7913). Evan Koska 4-6173 and Kim Sutherland 8-5962 are the MIT project managers.
Normal lighting on floors 66-SB, B, 1 and 2 will be the only thing affected.
Effect:
Loss of normal 480V building power (277v lighting; normal lighting only) for the duration of the shutdown.
