Type: Normal
Date: June 13, 2012
Day: Wednesday
Time: 6:00am - 3:00pm
Building(s): W71
Room(s): All
System: Fire Alarm and *Live Audible Testing
Duration: 9 hours
Reason:
We request a bldg W71-all fire alarm shutdown on Wednesday, June 13th from 6 AM to 3 PM for J. & M. Brown Co. to relocate the lobby fire alarm annunciator panel to make-way for three panels that replace it. We will conduct *live audible testing of the bldg W71 fire alarm system between 1 PM and 3 PM* in order to test the remade connections.

This is part of the W71 life-safety systems upgrade project by Shawmut Construction (Tom Ploude 781-983-3850). Keith Diggans 4-6173 is the MIT project manager.

Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible testing 1pm - 3pm.
