Dear Colleagues,
Please be aware that the basement level of the West Garage and the West Annex Lot are closed effective June 11. The West Annex Lot and the basement level of the West Garage will become the new temporary location for Grounds Services. As a result, both locations will be closed to employee parking for three to five years.
In addition to this project, construction activities are occurring the West Garage. Beginning this week and continuing until the end of August, repair work will be ongoing on the upper levels of the garage. Construction activities include replacing the drains, repairing the concrete slabs and repairing columns and beams.
On Saturday, June 16, the four modular units that will make up the Grounds offices are scheduled to be delivered to the West Annex Lot. The Lot will house to two temporary buildings: a modular office building and a high bay repair garage. The basement of the West Garage will house equipment used by Grounds Services.
Parkers who used the West Annex Lot may park in the West Garage.
