The following fire alarm shutdown notification on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 through Thursday, June 14, 2012, 6:00am - 4:30pm each day, with the *live audible testing from 9:30am - 4:30pm each day, is for your information and response.  Any questions, please contact Billy Homeyer, x8-0432.

We request bldg W51C fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 4:30 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 12th, 13th and 14th, 2012 for C&W Electric and Fire Command Systems to work and clear the 3rd party test punch list and to conduct *intermittent live audible 1st and 3rd party testing of the W51C fire alarm system between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM on all three days* and as part of the W51C building renovation project by O'Connor Constructors (Keith Prior 617-733-8673). Thursday's shutdown is currently tentative. Gerhard Sinani 4-1705 is the MIT project manager.

Effect: 
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *intermittent live audible testing each day.
