Thank goodness these problems are coming up AFTER people are done with
theses and end-of-term projects, because they're rather serious...
1. riker's monitor is dead again. The computer itself is fine - I was even
able to log in - but the monitor is blank, and the power light is off.
2. The printer (data) is ill. The letter 'A' is flashing. According to the
LN03 printer operation guide, this indicates problems with both the optical
system and the main motor, both of which require the attention of Digital
field service.
If you could check this mess out, we'd be very thankful.
