Reason:
We request bldg 66-AH2, AH5 and AH1 w/RF's 2 and 3 shutdowns on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012 as follows; AH2 from 6 AM to 8 AM (serves flr 1-5 office/classroom induction units), AH5 from 8 AM to 10 AM (serves 110), AH1 and return fans 2 and 3 from 10 AM to noon for Shawmut Construction (Dan Cook 617-908-6990) and Ducts Inc (Darren King 617-908-7370) to continue inspecting ductwork and fire dampers as part of the 66-steam leak recovery project. Bill Vitkosky 3-6517 and Jennifer Combs 3-7671 are the MIT project managers.
Schedule:
AH2 from 6 AM to 8 AM (serves flr 1-5 office/classroom induction units),
AH5 from 8 AM to 10 AM (serves 110),
AH1 and return fans 2 and 3 from 10 AM to noon
Effect:
Loss of supply ventilation and cooling air for the duration of the shutdown.
