Reason:
We request a bldg 66-all domestic water shutdown from 6 AM to 8 AM on Wednesday,
June 6th, 2012 for PJ Dionne Plumbing (Paul Dionne 978-657-3990) to cut/cap and install new isolation valves on the h/c domestic water feed (and hot water return) to the closed 1st floor restrooms and as part of the Prof. Tisdale Lab renovation project by Elaine Construction (Nick Murray 617-799-7913). Evan Koska 4-6173 and Kim Sutherland 8-5962 are the MIT project managers.
The shutdown is written up for 66-all under the assumption that any local 1st floor isolation valves will not hold.
Effect:
Loss of domestic hot and cold water for the duration of the shutdown.
