Reason:
We request a bldg 66-1st floor reheat heating hot water shutdown w/LOTO from 6 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, May 29th, 2012 for AHC Mechanical (Guy Fossiano 781-844-7815) to cut/cap overhead heating hot water piping in the adjacent lab for installation of new isolation valves and demo of terminal fan coil units as part of the 66-125 Prof Tisdale Lab renovation project by Elaine Construction (Nick Murray 617-799-7913. Kim Sutherland 8-5962 and Evan Koska 4-6173 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of heating hot water for the duration of the shtudown.
