Reason:
We request a bldg 66-all tempered water shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Friday, May 25th, 2012 for PJ Dionne Plumbing (Paul Dionne 978-657-3990), to remove one safety shower and two eyewash stations in 66-125, required asap to demo sinks, as part of the 66-125 Prof. Tisdale Lab renovation project by Elaine Construction (Nick Murray 617-799-7913). Kim Sutherland 8-5962 is the MIT project manager.
Note* the last time we attempted a first fl TW shutdown one riser isolation did not hold.
Effect:
Loss of tempered water for the duration of the shutdown.
