We request a bldg 13 normal 208V/120V building power shutdown from midnight=
to 6 AM on *Tuesday morning, *June 5th, 2012 in order to install circuit b=
reakers and tie-in in sub panels for the 13-3rd floor NSF funded labs renov=
ation project. We need to de-energize three of the 208V feeder risers (#'s =
200, 203 and 213) in order to work in 3rd floor power panels 13C, 21C and 4=
9. The following laboratories and offices will be affected and experience a=
loss of 120V and 208V power during the shutdown period; 480V power and all=
other building utilities will not be affected.

*RESCHEDULED: Dear all, this bldg 13 normal power shutdown has been resche=
duled to midnight to 6 AM on Tuesday morning, June 5th; the effects of the =
shutdown remain the same.
To date we have received temporary 208V or 120V power requirements for crit=
ical equipment in 13-4137; 5044, 2048/2056; 5027 and 2036. We will plan on =
providing the temp power beginning around 7 AM on Monday morning June 4th a=
nd restore to normal following the shutdown on June 5th. Some of these area=
s may be visited prior to June 4th to record the specifics and all requirem=
ents will be met, thank you, Billy H. 8-0432
Effect:
Loss of normal building power (208V/120V) for the duration of the shutdown.
