Reason:
We request a bldg NW14-2nd floor domestic cold water shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012 (w/o #5101491) for AHC Mechanical (Guy Fossiano 781-844-7815) to tie-in a 2324 lab safety shower flush line from the 2305 men's room urinal water supply line and an NW14-2nd floor sprinkler shutdown from 6 AM to 12 noon on the same morning (w/o #5101492) to change out the existing sprinkler heads in 2324 to a quick response model as part of the NW14-2324 (and 2214-18) Prof. Ju Li Lab renovation project by MetroWest Construction (Art Alfano 781-706-9705). Jennifer Combs 3-7671 is the MIT project manager.
Effect:
Loss of domestic cold water from 6am - 9am and fire protection water 6am - 12pm.
