Hell Jeff,
I reset the modems for cheme5 and it is now printing.
The quality of the output is not in good shape. I suspect
that it needs another maintenance kit even though it is not
asking for one. The maintenance OPC belt is light sensitive
and it deteriorates (2-3 months?) from the internal heat lamp.
This is common for a printer with minimal usage. Please also
change the cleaning pad that comes in the toner kit.
Doing all this should give you a nice clean output.
