While I was working on terminal W20-575-29, the mouse stopped functioning after
I moved it from the window I was working in. When I ask OLC for advice, they
told me to reboot the terminal. When I did, the windows environment wouldn't
come up, so I couldn't retreive the paper I was working on. Because I was
working with EZ, I have three days to recover it. Please fix the terminal as
soon as posible because the paper I was working on was a final exam.
