A few months ago Rockland Clark was having a problem with
his VRC16 (the picture was jumpy). I went on site and
did not see a problem and suggested he try changing the
outlet system was on and left it at that.
Rockland called back and reported problem still existed.
The system is located in W91-209d.

I think we should try swaping monitor, if problem still
there try swaping the cpu (temporarily) to see what happens.
