Dear all, tomorrow's Friday, May 11th E19 fire alarm shutdown for *live audible 3rd party testing* from 6 AM to 9 AM has been cancelled. A decision was made by the project team not to install the required E19-207 suite strobe sync module at this time. The installation, programming and testing for this device will probably not occur now until after Memorial Day. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion, respectfully, Billy H. 8-0432
Note* we did conduct a brief *live audible acceptance test* in E19 early this morning, Thursday, May 10th.

This shutdown has been *Extended to include*live audible testing of the Bldg E19 fire alarm system from 6 AM to 9 AM on Friday, May 11th as well as the scheduled testing for tomorrow morning, Thursday, May 10th. Today's, Wednesday, May 9th E19 fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM for programming has been extended to 4 PM also. Any questions please contact Billy Homeyer x8-0432.

Dear all, due to extensive programming required for and associated with the synchronization module being installed for the three new E19-207 office suite speaker/strobes we are required by NFPA to conduct a 100% test of the bldg E19 fire alarm system and therefore I need to extend this shutdown to include *live audible testing of the Bldg E19 fire alarm system from 6 AM to 9 AM on Friday, May 11th as well as the scheduled testing for tomorrow morning, Thursday, May 10th. Today's, Wednesday, May 9th E19 fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM for programming has been extended to 4 PM also. Both the shutdown form and work order 5099320 have been modified to reflect this extension, thank you, Billy H. 8-0432

We request bldgs E18 and E19-all fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 9 AM on Wednesday and Thursday, May 9th and 10th, 2012 for McPhee Electric (Mike Doherty 978-852-1354) and Bennett Communications (Mark Popielski 617-799-2614) to tie-in new E19-2nd floor speaker/strobes as follows;
On Wed. 5/9 to deprogram and remove spare audio (2) and visual (2) cards from E18 bsmt and 4th floor autocall panels and install and program them into the E19 bsmt panel, tie-in 3 new E19-207 suite speaker strobes and tie-in/program one sync module;
On Thurs. 5/10 to conduct *live audible NFPA acceptance testing* in E18/E19 and conduct *live audible independent 3rd party testing of the E19 fire alarm system*, to be witnessed by JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059), to test the one relocated elevator lobby a/v and the three new a/v's installed in the HR suite and as part of the E17/E18 backfill project by Barr and Barr (Dick Akins 774-281-0462). Jan Burke 8-5463 and Joe Collins 3-3621 are the MIT project managers.
