The following Fire Alarm shutdown request for Bldg. E18/E19-All on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 & Thursday, May 10, 2012 with live audible at 6:00am on Thursday, May 10, 2012 is for your information and response. Any questions please contact Billy Homeyer x8-0432.

We request bldgs E18 and E19-all fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 9 AM on Wednesday and Thursday, May 9th and 10th, 2012 for McPhee Electric (Mike Doherty 978-852-1354) and Bennett Communications (Mark Popielski 617-799-2614) to tie-in new E19-2nd floor speaker/strobes as follows;
On Wed. 5/9 to deprogram and remove spare audio (2) and visual (2) cards from E18 bsmt and 4th floor autocall panels and install and program them into the E19 bsmt panel, tie-in 3 new E19-207 suite speaker strobes and tie-in/program one sync module;
On Thurs. 5/10 to conduct *live audible NFPA acceptance testing* in E18/E19 and conduct *live audible independent 3rd party testing of the E19 fire alarm system*, to be witnessed by JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059), to test the one relocated elevator lobby a/v and the three new a/v's installed in the HR suite and as part of the E17/E18 backfill project by Barr and Barr (Dick Akins 774-281-0462). Jan Burke 8-5463 and Joe Collins 3-3621 are the MIT project managers.
