The following Fire Protection Water system shutdown notification for Building NW14-2nd floor on Monday, April 23, 2012 through Friday, April 28, 2012 from 5pm through 5 am each regular work day is for your information. Reason:
We request bldg NW14-2nd floor (both risers) sprinkler shutdowns from 5 PM to 1 AM each evening, Monday, April 23rd thru Friday, April 27th, 2012 (Saturday morning 4/28 at 5 AM) as a precautionary measure associated with asbestos abatement and wall demo in NW14-2215, 2216, 2217 and 2218 and as part of the Prof Ju Li lab/office renovation project's abatement phase by ABS.
Effect:
Loss of fire protection water in Building NW14-2nd floor (2215, 2216, 2217, 2218) The Safety Office will be advised and notify the Fire department.
