possible problem with the dialups

A little after 2pm on Sunday I tried to log into the dialups (pesto) and
had a very strange problem. The first time I typed my username and
password and was told Password incorrect. I typed my username and
passowrd again and this time was told Principle unknown (kerberos) and
I'm quite sure I typed my username correctly as I could see it on the
screen. Each subsequent attempt was again met by Principle unknown.
I eventually tried logging into one of the rts and had no problems. I
don't know what this means by I thought I'd report it and I think I'll
be changing my password to, just to be safe.
