Possible leaky pipe (E40 Basement)

I had noticed a pipe, located above the dumpster in the basement of E40, with
a steady leak from time to time. I have notified Physical Plant on this
problem. The problem turned out to be a slop sink on the first floor which
was overflowing. The problem has now been rectified. All set now.
