Machine: m37-332-1
Problem: user called hotline reporting that the machine was hung
while she tried to login. The cursor froze on her.
She tried hitting the Yellow Reset Button, but she said that
it did nothing.
I have pinged the machine, it's off the net.
I gave her permission to power cycle.
