Print Server stuck in OE cluster (7-321)

The administrator of the OE cluster called saying that the print server
was stuck and the printers not working in the Ocean Engineering cluster
in 7-321.
It was stuck after the reboot and self-tests saying it had lost contact
with the volume server 18.70.0.6 and with 2 other sites 18.72.0.43 and
18.80.0.2 . This has been happening all weekend long.
