My name is Kyle Iwai. I'm the head TA for 6.111. The lab
phone number is x3-7350 (it's also the office phone number). I
noticed a problem with one of the machines in the lab.
Building 38, 6th floor lab
Hostname: pal12 (18.62.0.142)
VAX 2000
SN: WF72807556 (I don't know if this is the CPU serial number or not.
It was on the back of the CPU.)
While booting and checking the file system, the following messages come up:
/dev/rrd0g: UNKNOWN FILE TYPE I=6136
/dev/rrd0g: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
unrecoverable filesystem errors
