The 4 port canary box on jack #e40-338-1 in room e40-338 has
had an intermittent bad port. A VS3100 workstation is connected
to this port. The bad port is on the lowwer left (facing).
With the workstation connected to the canary the CPU network loopback
test fails. It passes with a loopback plug attached to the end of the
cable (canary end).
Please replace this canary.
