The monitor on binkley, a vs3100 in SIPb (w20-557) was replaced
recently. The focus or whatever is badly off, and characters at the
top of the screen are almost 2/2 as tall as ``normal''. This isn't
something we can adjust, right? (I mean, it's an internal adjustment
that requires removing the cover and probably messing up a warranty or
something, right?
