It is fixed... or rather, it didn't need fixing. It wasn't jammed,
and prints fine.
For future, until the locks get changed... if in doubt, even without
unlocking the printer, power-cycle it. It seems to sometimes think it
is jammed... probably because students put envelopes or kinds of paper
in that they shouldn't. Powercycling the printer seems to do the trick.
