I had noticed a minor squealing noise coming from 11-135. I had investigated
the noise, which sounded like loose belts. I had called P.P. at 20:45. At 21:10
P.P. responded and found that the belts and sheaves were badly worn. A work
order has gone in, to replace both sheaves & both belts in the primary A/C
unit. 1410/8400 will be contacted before work begins. Work Order # W556616.
