 Hotline Folks,
 I saw Digital Bill fixing Nil this morning.
 I just checked up on Nil and it is all together and I've seen testpages
 and they look fine.
 I have turned on the queue so that people on this floor can print
 to it.  (Don't know what the fix is/was and you should wait for
 official word from DEC.)
