Ps2dev (RT server in e40-008) crashed again with disk errors tonight.
Like the last time, I had to power off the system for it to boot (the
boot ROM wouldn't recognize the hard disks) so all records of the errors
were lost. I did see the screen before I rebooted, and can confirm that
the problem was disk errors.
I know diagnostics last time showed no errors, but there is a real problem.
It is possible that only drive 0 is bad (some of the errors I saw were swap
errors, which can only be drive 0), or it may be the controller.
