Hello Ray,
The manual is decieving. The double wheel is for a
"needs a maintenance kit" and is not an error. The flip
chart manual is kinda off by a page.
As far as I can detect the printer is up and running.
So, just install a new maintenance kit and you'll be all set.

The printer at E25-147 has problems, showing the "double wheel" sign,
controller error.
The manual is missing. We need professional help.
