Hi Jerry-
I agree with Lou, telecom needs to check this drop vigoriously.
The cables, T's and terminator have been changed at least 3x's
by us and once just resently by a sipb member. Last time Errol
checked it out he reported no problem found and billed us over
$100. OR one of the Dec5000's is having a hardware problem.

At approx. 18:00 this evening this bank of 5000/25's went down losing contact
and then came back. Had a few complaints regarding this situation from users.
In the past, this has happened before. The last time it happened, an SIPB
member tapped the main drop coming out of the conduit near W20-575-45, and the
workstations came back. Maybe its time to get telecom to check this drop out
or troubleshoot the problem.
Thanks,
--Lou
