Hello Rachel,
Hotline got a note that NUKE had a paper jam. I removed the jam
and cleaned the toner roller of dust. I installed the toner
kit that was on the table here and the printer count was 143417.
The printer needs more toner and is in dire need of a maintenance
kit. When these are installed you should see a dramatic improvement
in outyput quality.
