Grant Young called to say that their vax3100's won't activate properly
since they switched them to new UTP drops. They were on thin before.
The transceiver lights are ok. It fails to activate correctly.
call x3-1617 to get into the room which is actually n14-0615 not n14-0165
as implied by the machine name
