We just lost a XCVR on 18.72 that was sitting in water (Dennis doesn't
like XCVR's under the floor!) Kim and I daisy-chained it onto a
nearby DELNI (Tom said it was OK to do this. :-} ) The guy from Plant
is back out working in the hallway behind the machine room.
