Please log a service call for nutmeg a DS5000/25.
Contact: Kim Carney
Location: W20-575a
Machine name: nutmeg
Machine Type: DS5000/25
Serial No.: AB2240A1MG
Problem description: After power restored, machine started smoking profusely
through it's gills (ventilation slots). Thick white smoke.. lots of it!
We turned it off and diconnected everything. The power supply is COMPLETELY
fried. There's black burn marks all inside the casing and power supply...
Unsure whether the CPU was affected or not.
